Any personal information collected when contacting us is stored within our secure websites database, that is also behind a firewall and modsecurity protection.
USE OF 3rd Parties
We make use of a secure third-party service for invoicing (intuit inc) that is independently certified to store sensitive personal information such as personal details, within this we only retain personal and contact details for invoicing/billing purposes along with payments made or due and notes of current services and charges used along with lawn sizes or programmes. after 24 months of no active use ( of not using our services ) we shall automatically delete all personal data leaving only past invoices which we legally have to keep for 7 years for HMRC TAX PURPOSES.
From time to time we may send out a promotional newsletter usually no more than 6 per year from our own account via a secure third-party site (mailerlite) but we shall only ever send newsletters to any persons who have contacted us or used our services if you wish to opt out of this there is a link on the newsletter to unsubscribe or you can email us at email@example.com to unsubscribe.
